Books and...... "Imaginations Can......" take you anywhere, let you become anyone you want, and let you do anything you want!
 
Come see some whimsical, surprising and heartwarming exhibits of favorite children's books, selected and autographed by local and national celebrities. These literary treasures will be on display with treasures from the Elliott Museum collection.

Want to know what was the favorite of Jimmy Buffet? Jay Leno? Maya Angelou? Sean Connery? Jane Goodall? Hugh Hefner? Learn where their imaginations led them. Learn how imagination....and books....shaped their lives.
 
See these and more.....then bid on them in a silent auction and a live auction during a gala event at the Lyric Theater on November 20th.
 
The "Imaginations Can....." exhibition at the Elliott Museum is presented  through the generosity of Debra and Mark Duvall.

Proceeds from sale of these books will benefit Hibiscus House.

Now the Elliott is preparing to make history of its own, as the current museum makes way for a state-of-the-art facility, slated to open in 2010.
