In The NEW Elliott Museum, the extensive historical collections of the current Elliott will be showcased in expanded galleries that provide a broader and more in-depth perspective of our region’s history. New exhibits will include:

Expanded studio space for art instruction and student art and technology camps like Camp Invention, to inspire young minds;

Connections timeline, juxtaposing a history of regional and national events as it tells the story of Florida’s Treasure Coast;

Increased accessibility for all, including flexible space for community gatherings of up to 500 people; A major exhibition will connect post-1900 American culture with the rise in motor vehicle technology;

More than 50 vehicles will be accessed robotically as part of presentations on the news headlines, inventions, art and entertainment over seven decades in local and national history. It will be the only exhibit of its kind in the nation;

50 seat theater for multi-media presentations, seminars and lectures;

Langford Outrigger Café, featuring memorabilia of the noted actress and community philanthropist;

A state-of-the-art archival library for preservation of documents and photographs pertaining to state and regional history;
- Interactive displays and downloadable, self-guided tours; FCAT certified, hands-on learning experiences, along with curriculum developed from The Next Generation Sunshine State Standards (NGSSS) by grade level.
