Membership Opportunities and Benefits

As a member of the Historical Society of Martin County, you’ll help to preserve our local history and keep it alive for future generations. Your support also allows us to provide educational programming, art classes, lectures and community events for everyone from children to adults.

$35 Individual
Individual members receive:
  • Free individual admission to the Elliott Museum and House of Refuge
  • Advance notice of and free admission to monthly programs
  • Priority access to tickets to Historical Society events and fundraisers
  • 10% discount in the Museum Store
  • 30% discount on monthly member selections of gifts and books in the Museum Store
  • Subscription to the Historical Society\'s newsletter

$50 Family
 Family members receive all the above benefits, plus:
  • Admission to the Elliott Museum and House of Refuge for spouse, children and grandchildren (under 15 years of age)
  • Two free guest admission passes to either museum (excluding special events)
SPECIAL FAMILY CATEGORY: Students between the ages of 15 and 25 and individuals whose family address is more than 100 miles from the museums may join at the Family Level for $40.
 
$75 Sponsor
Sponsors receive all the above benefits, plus invitations to all exhibition previews
 
$125 Patron
Patrons receive all the above benefits, plus:
  • Four free guest admission passes to either museum (excluding special events)
  • A free copy of The History of Martin County (or an equivalent credit in the Museum Store)
$150 Car Club Membership
Entitles the member to all the benefits of a regular Family Membership, plus:
  • Free admission for the member to the Elliott Annual Vintage Car Show
  • Notification of all auto-related shows, events and news
  • Invitations to all exhibition previews

 

 

Collector\'s Circle and Support Group Membership
Opportunities
 
$250 Sustainer
Sustainers receive all the above benefits, plus:
  • Collector\'s Circle exclusive exhibition previews
  • Eight free guest admission passes to either museum (excluding special events)
  • Two complimentary tickets to the Elliott Annual Vintage Car Show
$500 Friend
Friends receive all the above benefits, plus 25 free guest admission passes to either museum (excluding special events).
 
$1,000 Benefactor
Benefactors receive all the above benefits, plus unlimited guest admissions to either museum, with the member present.
 
NOTE: A portion of your membership may be tax deductible. Please consult your tax preparer for deductibility. The full amount of your membership may be deductible, if you notify the Society in writing that you do not wish to receive benefits.
